Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is intensifying its enforcement of the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) within the credit repair sector. This enforcement impacts all credit repair businesses in the United States.

The Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the United States, was created to shield consumers from misleading or harmful tactics. This regulation imposes stringent standards on telemarketers, emphasizing transparency, integrity, and the safeguarding of consumer rights.

To provide service for a consumer, a consumer must sign an agreement before any consumer can speak  with any Credit Specialist via Zoom calls, incoming calls, outgoing calls, and scheduler calls.

3.     Silver Plan, Pay Per Deletion:  You pay $99.00 for Analysis under this plan. Then, after you pay for each deletion that’s removed from your credit report. Review Contract on prices.

4.     Military Plan, under this plan, Free Analysis, you pay $80.00 each Month for six months /Active Military and Veterans- ONLY “Must have proof of service”.

5.     Family Plan /Free Analysis / $70.00 each Family Member 6 Month Plan

         Under this plan, anybody in the same household can get the family plan, and more than one family member must apply for service.
