Six-Month Service Refund Policy
We stand behind the services we agree to provide. Eligible consumers who complete our full six-month program and receive no qualifying deletion, correction, or modification of information disputed through our services may request a refund of eligible service fees, subject to the complete terms and eligibility requirements of our Refund Policy.
No specific deletions, credit score increases, or credit outcomes are guaranteed.
We provide credit education and consulting services. We do not guarantee results or specific credit score outcomes. Consumers have the right to review and dispute information on their credit reports independently at no cost. Results vary based on individual credit profiles and reporting practices.
