By enrolling in our credit education and consulting services, you will be provided with a client agreement that includes the following:
- Credit Consulting Service Agreement
- Authorization for Credit Education Services
- Consumer Credit File Rights Disclosure
- Right of Cancellation Notice
Services Provided
Our company provides credit education and consulting services designed to help you better understand your credit reports and how credit information is reported.
Services may include:
- Educational review of your credit reports as provided by credit reporting agencies
- Guidance to help you better understand how information is reflected in your credit profile
- General information about how consumers may review and address items on their credit reports
- Educational support related to communicating with credit reporting agencies
All consulting and educational services are provided through meetings, webinars, video conferencing, telephone, email, or other communication methods during normal business hours.
Cancellation Policy
As a consumer, you may cancel your transaction without penalty or obligation within three to five business days from the date the contract is received. To cancel, you must provide written notice as outlined in your agreement.
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time with proper notice prior to the next billing cycle. All services are billed in accordance with the agreed consulting terms.
We provide credit education and consulting services. We do not guarantee results or specific credit score outcomes. Consumers have the right to review and address information on their credit reports independently at no cost. Results vary based on individual credit profiles and reporting practices.
