You have the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report from each of the nationwide consumer reporting agencies once every 12 months.

You may contact the credit reporting agencies directly:

  • TransUnion

You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.

You have the right to cancel any contract with a credit repair organization within three (3) business days without charge.
